Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026. This policy explains what Dravant LLC ("Dravant," "we") collects through dravant.com, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: hello@dravant.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a free visibility check or contact us: your name, business name, website, email, an optional phone number, and anything you choose to write.
- Calls and voicemail. If you call or leave a voicemail at our business number, our phone provider keeps the number you called from, the time, and any voicemail and its transcript.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) for security and reliability.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to see which pages help visitors. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or health information through this site.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the visibility check or reply you asked for.
- To follow up about that request. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms, or when the law requires it (for example a valid court order). Our current providers:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and standard server logs.
- Google Workspace: business email, and the Google Sheets and Apps Script tools that receive form submissions.
- Google Voice: our business phone line and voicemail.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: website analytics.
- Stripe: invoices and payments for clients. Stripe collects payment details directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
If we change providers, we will update this list. If Dravant is ever sold or merged, your information may move to the new owner under the same promises.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) that count visits and show which pages and links are used. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not run advertising cookies or retargeting pixels, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our site does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics for you at all.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on for Analytics. The site works without them.
Text messages (SMS)
Today we contact people by email and phone only; our forms do not sign you up for texts. If we offer texting in the future, we will send texts only to people who have given consent, and only about their request or our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
For our clients' missed-call text-back systems, the client is the sender of those messages, and their customers can opt out by replying STOP at any time.
Information we handle for clients
When we build or manage a website, form or phone system for a client, information that their visitors and customers submit belongs to that client. We handle it only to provide our services to them, under our agreement with them, and their privacy policy applies. Questions about that information should go to the business you contacted.
How long we keep it
We keep request details as long as needed to respond and follow up, and business records as long as tax and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless we must keep them by law.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct it, or delete it (unless we must keep it for legal, tax or security reasons).
- Stop contacting you.
Email hello@dravant.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm the email address or phone number you used, so we only release information to the right person. We aim to respond within 30 days, and no later than 45 days. You can use an authorized agent, and we will never treat you differently for making a request. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of there, but you are welcome to ask.
Other choices:
- Opt out of emails with the unsubscribe link or by replying "stop".
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Where your information is kept
We are based in the United States, and our providers store information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, reputable providers). No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or health information through our forms.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites (for example client sites we built). Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
