This site describes our services. It is not an offer or a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate signed agreement (our Master Services Agreement and Order Form), which controls if anything here differs.

No guarantees

Search engines, maps, AI assistants and ad platforms control their own rankings and results. We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, number of leads or revenue. Examples on this site show work we have done, not a promise of identical results.

Free visibility check

The free check is general information based on what is publicly visible about your business. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Our content

The site's text, design, logos, the Dravant™ and Dravant Digital™ names and the D mark belong to Dravant LLC. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, resell or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Dravant LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This does not limit anything the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
