How we use AI

We use AI tools to help draft and build. They help us write first drafts, put pages together and check our work for mistakes. They do not run your project on their own.

A person reviews everything. Nothing we make reaches you until Carter Hall has read it and approved it. That covers your site, your emails and your reports.

What stays out of AI tools. We never put passwords, card and bank details, or login codes into an AI tool, so please don't email them to us. When a site needs an account, you enter your own login yourself. Your business information (like your services, hours, photos and emails with us) goes only to the AI providers we have approved for it, and to no other AI provider.

We don't fake it. We don't write fake reviews or testimonials, and we don't use AI to pretend to be a person.
